Our fearless leader! He is quite possibly the most patient and genuine guy to walk this earth. We are truly lucky to have him as the main brain here. We work as a team around here and he is a major role as to why things work so well and why we have such strong customer relationships. He has always lead this business with honesty and quality —- not much more to ask for.

We take such pride in our business and our craft and this guy is the reason we are still here over 110 years later!

Ron not only leads this team but he is our go to for EVERYTHING! He can do it all, from soles, gluing, heels, patching and custom jobs…when it comes to something new or a custom project we always consult Ron, because why would you reinvent the wheel!

Melissa George • Co-FOUNDER

Just a basket full of sunshine and awesomeness.

Melissa does all of our buying…so if you have been in the store and impressed with our selection of footwear and socks…you can thank her! She has an eye for it and after 15 years, we think she has it down to a science!

Not only does she manage the retail side of our business she is our expert when it comes to anything zippers, patching, dog chewed shoes, purse repair & more. She leads our sewing department and also does our refinishing projects on jackets and handbags!

You can feel confident in trusting Melissa if she is working on your items, she has an attention to detail and craft that we admire!

Luke George • Co-FOUNDER

Amazingly handsome.

Luke is bursting with knowledge and always eager to learn the newest tricks and techniques when it comes to shoe repair. He can do it all but he specializes in our custom, orthotic and high end repairs.

When it comes to fine details and perfectionist — look no further. Luke is your guy. His attention to the little things is unreal! He takes such pride in his craft and it shows in his work.
