Step 1: Order a *FREE shipping label for your repair items - limited to lower 48 states.
Step 2: Fill out our repair form , and check your email for the pre-paid shipping label. (label can take up to 48 hours to arrive in your inbox)
Step 3: Box up and ship your items - please limit to 4 pairs (we always suggest sending the pair) and do not send boxes or shoe trees.
Step 4: Relax! We will be hard at work & You’ll get your shoes back as good as new in about 2 weeks (time frame may vary)
