More Instructions for Heat Molding Your Insoles:

If possible, loosen shoes before starting.

Remove all padding from inside of shoes like factory inserts or insoles.

Make sure to notice RIGHT or LEFT foot on the bottom or each insole.

Position insole as far back towards the heel as possible.

If needed, carefully trim excess to fit into shoe.

a. Place the original insole on top of Archmolds matching the heels.
b. Carefully trace the outline of your original insole on top of Archmolds with a pen.
c. Trim your new Archmolds to fit being very careful not to trim too much.

Follow customizing steps illustrated above for each insole - do each insole separately.

After a successful break-in discard old inserts or insoles.
Note: You can re-mold Archmolds if you get a new pair of shoes. One brand of shoes may fit your feet differently than the other.
Simply leave in 225 F oven for 1.5 to 2 minutes for re-molding after temperature tab has expired (You can remold your insoles 5 times).
